Reporting a problem

To help us fix it quickly, please include:

• what you were trying to do (for example, “merge two PDFs”);
• your browser and device (for example, “Chrome on Android”);
• the approximate file size and number of pages;
• any error message you saw.

Please do not attach your PDF files or send passwords. We never need them, and keeping your documents private is the whole point of this site.

Privacy and data requests

For questions about your data, see our Privacy Policy. To make a request, email us with the subject “Privacy request”.

Business and press

For partnerships or press, use the email above with the subject “Business”. Please note that we cannot recover lost PDF passwords or restore files, because we never receive your documents.
